This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to set aside the order dated 16.07.2019 passed in C.M.P.No.1548 of 2019 in C.C.No.14 of 2014 on the file of the Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act cases at Coimbatore. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
