Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the second respondent dated 01.11.2013 made in Na.Ka.G5/4063/2010, to quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to increase the subsistence allowance from 50% to 75% on merits as per Rules and Government Orders.
