ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta in the petitioner name in respect of the property in S.No.1273 to an extent of 450 sq.ft situated at Door No.48, Asar Gana Street, St.Thomas Mount, Alandur, Chennai by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2021. 2.Heard Mr.K.Suthan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.04.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
