ORDER

This writ petition has filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to sanction the regular full pension w.e.f. 01.02.2005 with arrears thereon and the DCRG due to the petitioner.

2. At the time of the hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondent has sanctioned the entire full pension to the petitioner and there is no arrears amount payable to the petitioner. He has also placed the relevant proceedings passed by the TWAD Board for certain pension amount paid to the petitioner. 3. Recording the above said submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, this writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner, to make his request before the second respondent, if any grievance. No cost.
