ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) Petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.12.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC in Crime No.5224 of 2020, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.10,000/- at knife point. Hence, a case has been registered against the petitioners.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are no way connected with the offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he seeks for grant of bail to the petitioners.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are notorious rowdy elements and they are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
having number of previous cases. Hence, she vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.
5. Considering the said facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioners are notorious rowdy elements, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner .
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
