SUDERSANAM, Advocate, on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This criminal miscellaneous petition has been seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 20.08.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.10064 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.No.888 of 2018. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
