It is seen from the earlier order of this Court dated 10.01.2020, the appellant counsel submitted that the sole respondent died. Even till date the appellant did not take any steps to bring the legal heir of the deceased respondent. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed for default, for not taking steps. No costs.
