JUDGMENT

Both the parties have compromised the matter, pursuant to which the plaintiff, the employee of the defendant-Institution has opted to settle the monetary compensation and a compromise memo in this regard has been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the defendants/appellants submitted that a cheque for Rs.13,00,000/-(Rupees Thirteen Lakhs Only) is handed over to the 1st respondent herein/plaintiff. The 1st Respondent also admitted to have received the same.

3. The compromise memo is recorded and the decree be passed in terms of the compromise. The above memo of compromise shall form part of the record.

4. Accordingly, the second appeal now stands disposed of in terms of the memo of compromise. No costs.
