Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to transfer the investigation in connection with F.I.R.No.1484 of 2014, dt:28-08-2014 under Sec.379 IPC to any other Higher Police Officer and direct him by deploying Break Inspector or RTO Redhills for inspection and filing his report regarding missing and change of vital parts and prepare mahazar regarding the stolen parts.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in connection with F.I.R.No.1484 of 2014, dt:28-08-2014 under Sec.379 IPC to any other Higher Police Officer and direct him by deploying Break Inspector or RTO Redhills for inspection and filing his report regarding missing and change of vital parts and prepare mahazar regarding the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stolen parts.

2.Heard, Mr.J.R.K.Bhavanantham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police is conducting investigation and the same is yet to be disposed of.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. However, the third respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.1484 of 2014, pending on his file and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
