3.Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the order impugned in this Criminal Revision Case is the order passed in a Miscellaneous Petition in M.P.No.838 of 2018 filed by the petitioners in Maintenance Case in M.C.No.130 of 2017 on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai. Now, the Maintenance Case, i.e. M.C.No.130 of 2017 itself has been disposed of, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Revision Case.
