This Criminal Original petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to register the case based on the complaint in C.S.R.No.64 of 2014 dated 26.02.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.64 of 2014 and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
