The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to give permission to conduct the cultural programme on 18.08.2018 in the event of Sri Sengundar Selva Mariamman Koil of Rasipuram Taluk, Vennandur Post, Namakkal District - 637 505 based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2018.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the representation being given to the respondents on 26.07.2018 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 18.08.2018, the respondents have not passed orders till today. 3.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.

4.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2018 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 14.08.2018. 5.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
