ORDER

The prayer sought in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to forthwith supply 12 KL of Industrial White Kerosene based on the letter of indent dated 07.11.2024 made by the petitioner so as to prevent black marketing of PDS Kerosene.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been complied with and the required quantity of Industrial White Kerosene has already been supplied. In view of the above, the writ petition may be closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the competent authority, if any necessity arises in future seeking supply of Industrial White Kerosene and the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law. No costs.
