The Company Application coming on this day before this Court, for hearing in the presence of Mr.Vineet Subramani, and of Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, Deputy Official Liquidator High Court, Madras for the Respondent herein, and upon reading the Judge's Summons and Affidavit of R.Shyamm Kumar filed herein, the Court made the following order:- "Seeking extension of time for payment of Rs.19,18,400/- by a period of two weeks, the present application has been filed.
2.Considering the averments made in the supporting affidavit coupled with the fact that there was only one bidder, who is the applicant herein, this Court is inclined to extend the time for payment of Rs.19,18,400/- for a period of two weeks from today. The application is ordered accordingly".
