O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.] This petition has been filed by the petitioner / husband of the detenue / Uma, aged about 30 years, to cause production of his wife, before this Court.
2. The alleged detenue / Uma is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The husband of the detenue is also before us.

3. On enquiry, the detenue said that she is living with her paternal uncle and there is no illegal detention by anybody and she is not willing to go with her husband, who is also present before us.
4. Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
