J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the matter has been settled out of Court and he has also filed a Memo dated 10.04.2024 to that effect. The Memo dated 10.04.2024 is extracted hereunder:- "The Dispute between the appellants and the respondents has been settled between them. Therefore the appellants are not pressing the second appeal and as such the second appeal may be dismissed as settled out of court."
