This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to order a de novo Court monitored investigation by the CBI into crime No.312 of 13 of Kallakurichi Police station 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Counsel for Government (Crl. Side), submitted that the case in C.C.No.50 of 2016 was ended up in acquittal before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi, on 11.07.2016.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this Criminal Original petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
