SARAVANA SOWMIYAN Advocate for the 1 to 6 respondents the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit. Alleging alienation, the present petition has been filed. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that there is no alienation contemplated as of now. Recording the said submission, this miscellaneous petition is closed. In the event of any alienation, liberty is given to the respondent to approach this Court.
Both the learned counsel submitted that the issue involved is very narrow and therefore, appeal may be taken up for hearing. Registry is directed to make the papers ready and post the appeal for final hearing on 25.10.2021.
