CR.NO.503 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 6(b) imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.17919/2020 dated 14.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.RAJENDIRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Through video conferencing) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.17919 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.17919 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders.
