The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent made in letter No.091568/552/G46/G461/2010-1 dated 13.06.2011 confirming the proceedings of 2nd respondent made in Memo No.624/Adm.2/A1/F.F.M.I Gr.Panel (not included/2010-2) dated 25.06.2010 quash the same and direct the respondents to consider and promote the petitioner to the post of Foreman Grade-I from the date when his junior was promoted with all attendant benefits.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has already been granted in the year 2015 itself. Hence, the matter has become Page No.2 of 5

infructuous and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. Considering the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
