PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 1st respondent police to transfer the Crime No.03 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to CBCID, Erode District, for proper investigation by including the real accused P.Sengodan and A.S.Angammal and also take necessary action against all accused persons in accordance with law.

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to transfer the Crime No.03 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to CBCID, Erode District, for proper investigation by including the real accused P.Sengodan and A.S.Angammal and also take necessary action against all accused persons in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.444 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode.
