The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.45 of 2014 and filed this petition seeking a direction to file a final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate submits that the investigation in this case has been completed and the charge sheet filed before Special Court, Thiruvallur in CC.No.4 of 2018 is closed, as nothing survives in this case to be adjudicated upon further.
