JUDGMENT

This second appeal has been filed against the Judgement and decree dated 24.11.2008 in AS.No.61 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri, Confirming the judgment and decree dated 30.09.2002 passed in OS No. 304 of 1996 on the file of District Munsif Court, Uthangarai.

2. When the matter is taken for hearing, both side counsels are appeared and also the Sakthivel/first appellant appeared in person. The learned counsels submit that both parties are decided to settle their disputes amicably by way of compromise between them. Accordingly, the Memo of compromise filed by the parties is recorded and the terms of the compromise is forming part of the order.

3. In the result, this second appeal is disposed of. No Costs.
