A.Nos.2565, 2567 & 2568 of 2024 in TOS.No.28 of 2018 P.B.BALAJI, J., These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 468 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused to the death of the 4th plaintiff, G.Shanmugam; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th plaintiff, G.Shanmugam and to bring on record the applicants/legal heirs of the 4th plaintiff, G.Shanmugam as proposed plaintiff in TOS.No.28 of 2018.

2.There is no representation on the side of the respondents. I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of the applications and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned therein for not filing the applications to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased, 4th plaintiff, as stipulated under the Code of Civil Procedure. These applications are allowed. Amendment to be carried out and amended copy of the plaint shall be filed on or before 10.07.2024.

3.Post the suit on 10.07.2024.
