PRAYER:Criminal Original Petitions have been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for records pertaining to the Crime No.209/2014 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

The petitioner/1st Accused in Crime No.209 of 2014, has filed this petition to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.209 of 2014.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner/1st accused was charged for an offence under Sections 326 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C along with other accused and the case was tried by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam in C.C.No.67 of 2015. case ended in acquittal. The petitioner was acquitted from all the charges. A copy of the judgment is produced before this Court.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives in this Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
