ORDER

This Court, by its order, dated 23.08.2023, disposed of this writ petition by directing the Labour Court, Salem, to dispose of the case in C.P.No.23 of 2011, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. Earlier, the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem, had sought extension of time for implementation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.12432 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 02.08.2024 has granted further period of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

four (4) months. Even then, the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem has not disposed of the C.P.No.23 of 2011 and the further time granted by this Court also got expired as early as 15.12.2024. Subsequently, the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem, has sent a letter dated 18.02.2025 to the Registrar General seeking further extension of six months time to dispose of the said case. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.

3. In view of the above, this Court, is inclined to grant further period of seven
