This petition has been filed to withdraw the M.C.No.1 of 2002 pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi and to transfer the same to the Additional Family Court, Chennai.
2. The Maintenance case is of the year 2002 and there is no scope to transfer the case at this length of time.
3. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi to dispose of MC.No.01 of 2002 within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it has already not been disposed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
