This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 17.10.2023 in Crl.MP.No.16624 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as and when required as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on all hearing dates, without fail.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
