ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint dated 21.10.2014 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry is pending before the Inspector of Police, Thiruppathur police Station and further represented that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry. 4.In view of the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the Inspector of Police, Thiruppathur, is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. If any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. 4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
