This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the trial Court once in a week in Crl.M.P.No.16533 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21229 of 2023 dated 16.10.2023

3.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court finds no reasons to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16533 of 2023. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
