J U D G M E N T
This second appeal has been filed as against the judgment and decree on the file of the Principal District Judge, Namakkal dated 20.03.2003 made in A.S.No.335 of 2002 modifying the judgment and decree of the Court of the Additional District Munsif, Namakkal dated 12.07.2002 made in O.S.No.308 of 1998.
2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the suit schedule property was already given to the third party. Now the third parties and the appellants are in cordial relationship and the new purchases had left the pathway to the plaintiffs. Therefore, nothing survives in this second appeal.
3. Recording the said submission, the second appeal stands closed. No costs.
