The issue in the writ petition revolves around the issuance of Form-C to the petitioner who is the exhibitor because of certain violations in the FSI achieved for the building.

2. Mr.S.Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in view of the modified Building Regulations, the petitioner had applied afresh for Form-C license and the same is pending. He would add that under the modified Building Regulations, the FSI achieved in the entire building would be within the permitted levels.

3. Hence this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
