This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to forthwith remove all structures of the septic tank and steel pipes attached therewith put in front of the petitioner's house site bearing Plot No. 60 in CMDA approved lay-out of Kannammal Nagar, comprised in Survey No.79/1F situated at Hasthinapuram Village in Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District (presently Chengalpattu Taluk), by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2019 within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. On a perusal of a records, it is seen that the representation submitted by the petitioner in the year 2019 cannot be considered after a period of four years. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on a fresh cause of action, if she is so advised. 2/4
