This matter is listed for compliance today. Heard Mr.A.Mohamed Ismail, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Silambannan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.TNC.Kaushik, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.Some clarity is required as far as order dated 11.03.2022 is concerned, I have therein, recorded the acquiescence of Mr.Silambannan to the effect that R3 will comply with directions dated 04.11.2019 issued in WP.No.6569 of 2017.

3. He would today state that he had acquiesced on the mistaken impression that R3 in this writ petition was also arrayed as a respondent in that order, which is not so. It is the Corporation and other authorities, who are to comply with directions issued on 04.11.2019. 4.As far as this is concerned, the petitioner would submit that he has filed contempt petition for non-compliance of the directions issued on 04.11.2019 and hence this Court leaves this matter at that. 5.The counter filed by the respondents in this case, records at paragraphs 12 & 13, that existing toilets, water pipes and bore well pipes that were damaged are being repaired. toilets are concerned they state towards the end of para-13 that at present Tirupur Corporation is not attempting to build any new toilet or laying any new roads in the petitioner's property or the properties belonging to his relatives as comprised in S.No.749 of Thottipalayam Village, Tirupur Taluk. 6.The petitioner expresses satisfaction with the recording of this assurance and it is so recorded.
