When the case listed on 04.01.2019, the learned counsel for the appellant sought adjournment to get instruction from his client. Hence, the case was posted on 10.01.2019. On 10.01.2019, the learned counsel for the appellant reported that he has yet to get instruction from his client. Hence, the Court directed the Registry to post the matter on 22.01.2019.
