When the petitioners had challenged the present Show Cause Notices dated 02.02.2007 and 07.02.2007 before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in W.P.Nos.20446 and 18256 of 2008, the writ petitions came to be dismissed. In view of the same, it would not be appropriate to consider the prayer for quashing the same Show Cause Notices in the present writ petitions.
