O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/son of the detenu to grant leave for a period of 3 days to the detenu R.Vasu (C.P.No.13923), Son of Ramdass, now confined in Central Prison, Cuddalore for conducting 16th day ceremony of mother of the detenu. 2.This Court, on 16.09.2015, granted parole to the detenu R.Vasu, Life Convict (C.P.No.13923), son of Ramdass, from 05.30 p.m. on 18.09.2015 to 5.30 p.m. on 21.09.2015 for attending the 16th day ceremony of his deceased mother. The Registry was also directed to post the matter today for reporting compliance. 3.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of this Court was complied with and the detenu was put back to prison on 21.09.2015, i.e., yesterday, itself.

4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is closed.
