PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 397 read with 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the order passed in M.P.No.422 of 2018 in Crime No.1 of 2018 dated 25.05.2018 on the file before the Fast Track Mahila Judge, Krishnagiri and to direct the Court below to return the property with a bond for a sum of Rs.5 lakhs along with 2 sureties equal to this amount in Crime No.1 of 2018 on the file of the respondent. On earlier in Crl.M.P.No.222 of 2018 in Crime No.1 of 2018, the Court below had directed for release of the vehicle with some conditions. Subsequently, the petitioner has filed in Crl.M.P.No.422 of 2018 in Crime No.1 of 2018 before the Court below which was dismissed. Hence, the present Criminal Revision Petition has filed.

3. The conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.222 of 2018, dated 07.04.2018 by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri for return of the vehicle in clause

(3) that he has to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- is hereby modified as that of Rs.6,00,000/- and in respect of other conditions, the same holds good.
