(Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition seeking to Page 1/3
punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 23.07.2019 made in W.P.No. 20949 of 2019 directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 03.06.2019.
2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr. S.Thiruvengadam, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had already passed an order on 27.01.2020 and therefore, the Contempt Petition may be closed.
3. Mr. Kaushik N. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the respondent had passed an order, the Contempt Petition may by closed.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the respondent had complied with the orders of this court, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
