ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent - Bank to forthwith sanction and disburse education loan for the petitioner's son, R.Karthick, pursuant to the petitioner's loan application dated 17.11.2011.

2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
