Mr.P.Selvaraj J U D G E M E N T It is informed by the learned counsel for the appellant that the sole appellant died five years back and the suit is one for bare injunction which he had lost in both the Courts below and that the property has also been sold by the appellant 25 years ago. Therefore, nothing survives for arguments in the above Second Appeal. The Second Appeal is therefore dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
