ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 430 I.P.C. r/w 21(1) of M.M.Act in connection with Crime No.11 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is also having three more previous cases similar in nature. Hence, this petition may be dismissed.

3. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is having bad antecedents and he has transported sand illegally without having valid license, this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
