C.M.P.No.3826 of 2021 in S.A.No.987 of 2008 C.KUMARAPPAN, J., This petition is filed to record the 2nd Appellant Andalammal in the above Second Appeal as the legal heir of the deceased 3rd Appellant Ponniammal and to bring on record the petitioners 9 to 12 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd Appellant and to array them as Appellants 9 to 12 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also there is no serious objection to allow this petition, this petition is allowed.
