ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the above said case in Crime No.170/2014, on the file of the second respondent, the Inspector of Police, Panavaram Police Station, Vellore District to the file of CBCID, Vellore or any other competent investigating agency for proper investigation and report before competent Court.

2.Heard, Mr.K.Balu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur. However, it was taken on file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur and it is pending for committal.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the transfer of investigation cannot be considered at this stage. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur is directed to complete the trail, within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

5.With the above observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
