N.SESHASAYEE.J., Statement was made on behalf of respondent / tenant that in paragraph No.4 of the order of this Court dated 25.04.2022, an inadvertent typographical error has crept in in the third line from the bottom. Whereas the understanding between the parties is that the rent at the rate of Rs.5,520/- per month has to be paid from 01.05.2022, it is mentioned therein as 01.05.2002.

2.Learned counsel for the revision petitioner / landlord also concurs to the statement of the respondent / tenant.

3.The error referred to above is now corrected. The third line from bottom in paragraph No.4 of the order of this Court dated 25.04.2022 mentioned as 01.05.2002 is corrected as 01.05.2022.

4.The Registry is required to make necessary correction and issue a fresh certified copy free of charges.
