When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.21 of 2025 has been completed, the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the final report has also been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Thiruvallur.
