ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate and to file a final report in Crime No.192 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible more particularly within a period of two months before the trial Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is almost completed and if two months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.
