This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 308 days in payment of deficit court fee Rs.1,000/- in the above A.S.(SR).No.15147 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the deficit court fee has already been paid by the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, on condition to pay the deficit court fee within a period of 10 days from today, if not already paid, failing which, the petition stands dismissed, automatically.
