ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.101 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sankagiri.
2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent Police submitted that in C.C.No.101 of 2012, the petitioners 1, 3 and 4 have been acquitted and the case has been disposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sankagiri by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
its Judgment dated 25.06.2018. As regards the 2nd petitioner, who is reported dead, the charges against him is abated. 3.In view of the above nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is Dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
