This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the Judgment and Decree dated 31.08.2006 passed by the Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram in A.S.No. 40 of 2004 confirming the Judgment and Decree passed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Chidambaram in O.S.No.48 of 2001 dated 30.03.2004.
